Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for robots capable of easily and accurately recognizing images of a positional posture of a workpiece disposed in an unspecified posture and normally performing predetermined operation relative to the workpiece.SOLUTION: A control device 10 for robots includes: an image acquisition section 1 for imaging a workpiece W by using a plurality of cameras 11, 12 to acquire camera images; an object recognition section 2 for determining a positional posture of the workpiece by using the camera images acquired by the image acquisition section; and a control section 5 for controlling behaviors of the robots 3, 4 on the basis of a result of the positional posture of the workpiece determined by the object recognition section. The image acquisition section acquires a three-dimensional image of the workpiece at a first imaging position, and the object recognition section determines a rough positional posture of the workpiece on the basis of the three-dimensional image. The image acquisition section acquires an operation region image of the workpiece at a second imaging position that is moved on the basis of the rough positional posture of the workpiece, and the object recognition section determines an operation positional posture of the workpiece on the basis of the operation region image. The control section controls the behaviors of the robots on the basis of the result of the operation positional posture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
