Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece holding member which prevents breakage of a workpiece, and a workpiece rotating device using the same.SOLUTION: A workpiece holding member 10 formed of elastic material includes a housing space forming part 11 which has a first workpiece contact surface 112 and second workpiece contact surface 113 abutting on a wall surface of a workpiece 30, and a housing space 111 for housing the workpiece 30. In addition, a first deformation space forming part 12 having a first deformation space 121 and second deformation space forming part 13 having a second deformation space 131, which communicate with the housing space 111, are included. The first workpiece contact surface 112 and the second workpiece contact surface 113 abut on the wall surface of the workpiece 30 by elastic force of the elastic member, and holding force is generated to hold the workpiece 30. When acting force is applied from an external, an interval between the first workpiece contact surface 112 and the second workpiece contact surface 113 increases, and the workpiece 30 can be removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
