Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trolley monorail which does not need welding at an installation place during installation, does not need chipping work or melting during removal, but can easily set a support point by keeping an appropriate span, and a method for conveying equipment-materials by using the trolley monorail.SOLUTION: A trolley monorail 1 for conveying equipment-materials by running a trolley 3 formed by combining a hoist and a chain block 2 is provided with a combination of a rail part 5 which is a trolley track and a support beam 6 thereof. The rail part 5 is formed by a plurality of I beams 5a, 5b, and 5c which are arranged in series, and fixed below the support beam 6 via a bracket 7 by a bolt/nut coupling 16, and the ends of the adjacent I beams do not need to be welded to each other. A method for conveying equipment-materials by using the trolley monorail is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
