Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasion-resistant coating capable of maintaining excellent abrasion resistance over an extended period, even when abrasion to slip or the like is repeated, and also excellent in adhesion; and to provide a manufacturing method thereof, and an abrasion-resistant member.SOLUTION: An abrasion-resistant coating 10 has a plating layer 11, and a lubricant layer 12 laminated on the plating layer 11, in which the lubricant layer 12 contains a solid lubricant 2. A formation method of the abrasion-resistant coating includes the first step for laminating the plating layer 11 by subjecting a substrate 20 surface to a plating treatment, and the second step for laminating the lubricant layer 12 containing the solid lubricant 2 on the surface of the plating layer 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
