Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively obtain precise information of actual use of an information processing system.SOLUTION: An apparatus for analyzing actual use of an information processing system stores use frequency index which is obtained by an information processing system that is an analysis object providing a plurality of use object used by a plurality of use entities and which is an index indicating operation information including information of use history of the use objects by the use entities and use frequency of the plurality of use objects by each of the plurality of use entities in a predetermined period. The apparatus selects the plurality of use entities based on the use frequency index and creates an operation flowchart that is an information indicating a flow of the use objects used by each of the selected plurality of use subjects based on the operation information. The apparatus generates output information including information indicated in the form which allows comparison of the generated operation flowcharts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
