PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying system and a conveying method for conveying an article to a customer which are easy to use.SOLUTION: A conveying system for conveying an article arranged by a user to a customer, comprises a first conveying part 200 for conveying the article arranged by the user, a second conveying part 300 connected to the first conveying part 200 to convey the article conveyed from the first conveying part 200 and enabling a new article arranged by the user to be conveyed, a third conveying part 400 connected to the second conveying part 300 to convey the article conveyed by the second conveying part 300 to the customer, and a control part 500 for controlling the first conveying part 200, the second conveying part 300 and the third conveying part 400 respectively so as to convey the article to the customer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
