Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize miniaturization and promptly operate a circuit regardless of linkage of a physical mechanical element.SOLUTION: A switch element includes an insulating substrate 10, first and second electrodes 11 and 12 formed close to each other on the insulating substrate 10, a first fusible conductor 13 mounted on the first electrode 11, and a refractory metal body 15 formed on the insulating substrate 10 and having a melting point higher than that of the first fusible conductor 13, and the refractory metal body 15 and the first and second electrodes 11 and 12 are electrically independent and melt the first fusible conductor 13 by heat generation accompanying overcurrent conduction to the refractory metal body 15, and the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 12 are connected via the fusible conductor and are electrically short-circuited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
