Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device which suppresses clogging of a filter element, and can stably capture a fine object to be captured.SOLUTION: A filter device 1 includes: a casing 12 having an inflow port 16, a flow channel 18, and an outlet port 22; a filter element 10 which is arranged on the casing 12 so as to cross over the flow channel 18 and has many holes 24 which pass through a rear surface 28 positioned on an outlet port 22 side from a surface 26 positioned on an inflow port 16 side and are smaller than an object to be captured 36 mixed in a fluid; and a take-out port 14 which is arranged on the casing 12 and takes out the object to be captured 36. A recessed introduction part connected to the holes 24 on an upstream side of the holes 24 on the surface 26 and a recessed lead-out part connected to the holes 24 on a downstream side of the holes 24 on the surface 26 are arranged in a flow direction A of a fluid along the filter element 10. An end part on a hole 24 side of the lead-out part is positioned on a rear surface 28 side from an end part on a hole 24 side of the introduction part on a cross section along the flow direction A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
