Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermochromic writing utensil 1 capable of preventing a friction member 9 coming into contact with a paper surface from being stained by covering the friction member 9 with a cover 14 so as to allow push-move operation of the cover 14 without touching the friction member 9.SOLUTION: A knocking body 10 has the cover 14 capable of covering the friction member 9 disposed behind a fixed cam 12. The bottom of the cover 14 and a step part formed on the fixed cam 12 come into contact with each other with the cover 14 being abutted on the fixed cam 12. A ball-point pen tip 6 is made to project from a front-end hole 4b of a barrel 4 by pushing the cover 14 to allow the cover 14 to move the fixed cam 12 forward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
