Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation plant that does not adversely affect a boiler or a steam turbine when heating steam is supplied to a feed water heater in addition to extraction steam.SOLUTION: A power generation plant comprises: a boiler 3 for generating steam; a steam turbine 5 driven by the steam generated in the boiler 3; a condenser 25 for liquefying the steam exhausted from the steam turbine 5; a power generator 19 driven by the steam turbine 5; a feed water heater 28 for heating feed water to be supplied to the boiler 3 by the extraction steam extracted from the steam turbine 5; a biomass boiler 7 for generating additional heating steam to be supplied to the feed water heater 28; and an additional steam bypass pipe 44 bypassing the feed water heater 28 for introducing additional steam to the condenser 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
