Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil and fat composition for liquid oil solidification capable of solidifying a liquid oil with a uniform state without containing a partial water added oil or a chemical synthetic compound containing trans aliphatic acid and without needs for manufacturing facility for quick cooling and mixing, and a fluid shortening using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an oil and fat composition for liquid oil solidification containing palm extremely hardened oil and high erucic oilseed rape extremely hardened oil with a mass ratio of the palm extremely hardened oil and the high erucic oilseed rape extremely hardened oil (palm extremely hardened oil:high erucic oilseed rape extremely hardened oil) of 1:4 to 4:1. and fluid shortening containing the oil and fat composition for liquid oil solidification and a liquid oil.SELECTED DRAWING: None
