Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal device capable of reducing intrusion of foreign matters into an apparatus internal space.SOLUTION: An apparatus has a cylindrical first structural member, a second structural member having an inner part disposed inside of a hole of the first structural member, and a third structural member fixed to or integrally formed on a flange connected to the inner part of the second structural member, and surrounding an end portion of the first structural member. The seal device includes a first seal member fixed to an inner peripheral face of the hole of the first structural member, a second seal member fixed to an outer peripheral face of the inner part of the second structural member so that the first seal member is slid thereon, and a third seal member having the annular or cylindrical shape. The third seal member is held between the first structural member and the first seal member so that it is kept into contact with an end face of the first structural member at one end face, and kept into contact with the first seal member at the other one end face. An outer peripheral face of the third seal member is kept into contact with an inner peripheral face of the third structural member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
