Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device capable of suppressing circulation of a second heat radiation material to the outside of a specified range, and appropriately executing alignment between a heater element and the second heat radiation material, and positioning between a substrate and a first heat radiation material.SOLUTION: A partition member 70 is extended from a circuit board 32 toward a heat sink 31 between the heat sink 31 and the circuit board 32. The partition member 70 is provided to partition between heat radiation grease G and a through hole 31c of the heat sink 31. A projection 71 with a rectangular cross-section is formed at an end of the partition member 70. The projection 71 with the rectangular cross-section, and two step parts 74 are provided at the tip of the partition member 70. The two step parts 74 contact a surface of the heat sink 31 facing the circuit board 32. The projection 71 of the partition member 70 is inserted into a groove 31b of the heat sink 31. A gap T is formed between an inner surface of the groove 31b and an outer surface of the projection 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
