Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method of a cell mass and a state analyzer of a cell mass in which the state of a cell mass can be evaluated more accurately based on an image.SOLUTION: The evaluation method is a method for evaluating a cell mass CM which is formed by gathering a plurality of cells. The method includes: an imaging step of imaging light obtained from the cell mass CM by light irradiation onto the cell mass CM; an analysis step of setting a reference point A to the cell mass CM included in image data D which is obtained in the imaging step, setting sampling circles C1 to C4 using the reference point A as a center, and obtaining a parameter regarding the state of the cell mass CM based on the image data included in a region on the sampling circles C1 to C4; and an evaluating step of evaluating the cell mass CM based on the parameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
