Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method which can manufacture a seat cushion material formed by integrating a surface layer part and a rear surface layer part which is arranged at a side opposite to a seating face of the surface layer part, and lower than the surface layer part in density while suppressing the occurrence of a defect such as a void.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a cushion pad which is formed by integrating a surface layer pad 10 and a rear surface layer pad 20 which is harder than the surface layer pad 10, and lower than the surface layer pad in density. In the rear surface layer pad 20, a first fitting groove 22a which extends along a front middle end part 20c2, and is recessed to surface side part 21 is formed at a rear side part 22. The manufacturing method comprises: a preparation processing for attaching the rear surface layer pad 20 to an upper cavity face 42a of a cope 42 in a state that a first protrusion 42b is fit into the first fitting groove 22a; a molding process for inputting a foaming urethane resin raw material on a lower cavity face 41a of a drag 41, closing the cope 42, molding the surface layer pad 10, and integrating the surface layer pad with the rear surface layer pad 20; and a mold-removing process for mold-removing the molded cushion pad.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
