Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a configuration related to a piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: A liquid injection head comprises: a vibration part constituting a wall surface of pressure chamber communicating with any of a plurality of nozzles; and a piezoelectric element vibrating the vibration part. The piezoelectric element includes: a first electrode laminated on the vibration part; a first piezoelectric layer laminated on the first electrode; a second electrode laminated on the first piezoelectric layer; a second piezoelectric layer laminated on the second electrode; and a third electrode laminated on the second piezoelectric layer. In a plan view, the first electrode and the third electrode are brought into contact with each other in a region positioned in an arrangement direction of the plurality of nozzles with respect to the pressure chamber in the liquid injection head.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
