PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner supply device that charges toner to the full capacity of a container and can greatly improve charging efficiency.SOLUTION: A toner charging auxiliary tool comprises a toner passage for feeding toner to the inside of a container and an air passage for communicating the inside and outside of the toner container, and further includes a flange that regulates the air passage and the toner passage from intruding to the inside of the container.
