Abstract:
To provide a workpiece holding device which can hold a workpiece in different shapes.SOLUTION: A workpiece holding device 10 includes a base body 20, and a pair of finger parts 22 for holding a workpiece 100. A first finger part 40 of the pair of finger parts 22 has a rake part 52 which can reciprocate in an arrow Z direction relatively to the base body 20, and can rotate on a plane orthogonal to the arrow Z direction. A second finger part 60 of the pair of finger parts 22 has a pressing part 74 which can reciprocate in an arrow X direction and can rotate on the plane orthogonal to the arrow Z direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
