Abstract:
To reduce installation cost, while keeping reliability of lighting during electric outage and notification of occurrence of a specific event.SOLUTION: A lighting apparatus 1 includes a light source 10, a power failure detection circuit 113, a communication unit 115 and a control circuit 114. The power failure detection circuit 113 detects electric outage of an AC power supply 9. The communication unit 115 receives a detection signal, indicating detection of specific event (fire disaster) other than electric outage, from a receiver (communication device). The control circuit 114 controls lighting state of the light source 10. When the power failure detection circuit 113 detects power failure, the control circuit 114 controls the light source 10 to be lighted in first lighting state. When the communication unit 115 receives the detection signal, the control circuit 114 controls the light source 10 to be lighted in a second lighting state different from the first lighting state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
