To provide a system capable of suppressing occurrence of troubles among players, even if allowing a reservation of a game machine during a business operation.SOLUTION: A game hall management system 1 is provided including a portable terminal 15 carried by a player, a tablet terminal 17 carried by a staff member of a game hall, and a server device 100 capable of communicating with the portable terminal 15 and the tablet terminal 17. The portable terminal 15 transmits a reservation request information to the server device 100 according to a reservation operation for the player to reserve a desired game machine. When receiving the reservation request information from the portable terminal 15, the server device 100 transmits a reservation confirmation information including the identification information of a game machine 2 to the tablet terminal 17. The tablet terminal 17 returns a reservation completion notification or a reservation rejection notification to the portable terminal 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
