Abstract:
To provide a colored biaxially oriented polyester film for metal sheet laminate molding processing exhibiting excellent molding processability with suppressing scraping of a film or generating crack on the film when molding processed to a can or the like, even when a severe processing or a heat treatment at high temperature is conducted, and providing a molded article such as the can or the like having excellent concealment property, appearance and printability.SOLUTION: There is achieved by a colored biaxially oriented polyester film for metal sheet laminate molding processing, which mainly consists of at least two layers of a surface layer (A layer) mainly consisting of polyester having the melting point TmA of 230 to 260°C, having content of a coloring pigment of 10 wt.% or less, inherent viscosity of a polymer part of 0.46 or more, content of polyethylene wax of 0.01 to 0.25 wt.%, ten point average roughness in a range of 350 to 700 nm and a substrate layer (B layer) mainly consisting of polyester having the melting point TmB of 230 to 260°C and a coloring pigment and having inherent viscosity of a polymer part of 0.46 or more, and content of the coloring pigment of over 10 wt.% and 50 wt.% or less, and has |TmB-TmA| of 4°C or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: None
