Abstract:
To provide a lens component of a lighting device which prevents formation of a dark part in the lens component and can improve design property.SOLUTION: A lens component of a lighting device includes: a lens cover 30 formed of a plate-like member through which the light from a light source of the lighting device can transmit and having a lens pattern 42 composed of a plurality of protrusions 40 on a back surface of the plate-like member in which the light from the light source enters; and a rib 34 standing on a back surface of the lens cover 30 in a vicinity of one end part 33 of the plate-like member. When the lens component is attached to a lighting device housing, an engagement part 36 that engages with a housing-side engaging part of the lighting device housing is provided so as to further extend from the rib 34. The light from the light source can transmit through the rib 34 and the engaging part 36, and a lens pattern 42 is provided at a standing tip face 34A of the rib 34 and an extending tip face 36A of the engaging part 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
