Abstract:
To provide a sensor device that can reduce the temperature difference of two fluids reaching to the sensor body.SOLUTION: A sensor device 1A includes: a sensor body in contact with a first fluid F1 and a second fluid F2; a casing 2A having a container containing the sensor body; a first port P1 for supplying the first fluid into the casing; a second port P2 distant the first port, the second port supplying the second fluid in the casing; and a heat exchanging unit 25A in the casing, the heat exchanging unit being in contact with the first fluid and the second fluid, the heat exchanging unit being located on the upper side of the sensor body in the flow passage for the first fluid and the upper side of the sensor body in the flow passage for the second fluid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
