Abstract:
To provide a wavelength beam coupling device which can reduce the running cost of a device by preventing a diffraction grating or the like from suffering from a radiation damage, and lowering the frequency of exchange maintenance.SOLUTION: A wavelength beam coupling device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a light source unit having a plurality of laser light sources arrayed therein, and emitting light of a predetermined wavelength width; a collimating unit for turning a laser beam emitted from the laser light source to a substantially parallel beam; a light-collecting unit for collecting a laser beam emitted from the collimating unit; a diffraction grating which the laser beam collected by the light-collecting unit enters; a resonator mirror disposed on an optical path of a diffracted beam of the diffraction grating, and having an optical axis coincident with an optical axis of the diffracted beam; and a first moving device which can move the diffraction grating to change a position in the diffraction grating, where an incident beam impinges thereon while keeping a diffraction grating plane in the same plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
