Abstract:
To provide a valve device which is available for a long term even under a special environment such as a high-temperature acidic or acidified atmosphere.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a valve device configured to adjust a flow rate in accordance with a distance between a plug 12 and a valve seat. The plug 12 is configured by including: a plug contact head 31 in contact with the valve seat; and a plug main body 21 which is coupled with the plug contact head 31. The plug 12 is configured by fitting a coupling recess 23 of the plug main body 21 with a coupling projection 32 of the plug contact head 31. The plug contact head 31 is made of ceramics, and the plug main body 21 is made of a metal of which the thermal expansion coefficient is higher than that of the ceramics. Thus, a stress caused by thermal expansion that occurs in a coupling part with the ceramics can be mitigated, and the lifetime of the plug can be prevented from being shortened, such that the valve device is available for a long term.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
