Abstract:
To provide a control device of a vehicle, which can achieve both suppression of an engagement shock caused by erroneous determination of rotation synchronization and suppression of an increase in manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A rotation direction of an output shaft rotation speed ωo can be estimated on the basis of a shift position of a stepped transmission 20 and a vehicle speed V, so that the rotation direction of the output shaft rotation speed ωo can be also determined while using an existing output shaft rotation speed sensor 66 for detecting the output shaft rotation speed ωo. With this, while avoiding an increase in manufacturing cost due to addition of a new sensor, synchronization determination becomes possible in consideration of the plus or minus signs indicative of the rotation directions of an input shaft rotation speed ωi and the output shaft rotation speed ωo, and an engagement shock caused by erroneous determination of rotation synchronization can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
