Abstract:
To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor and a manufacturing method.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment of the present invention, a multilayer ceramic capacitor includes: a main body having first and second surfaces which are opposite each other, third and fourth surfaces which are connected to the first and second surfaces and are opposite each other, and fifth and sixth surfaces which are connected to first to fourth surfaces, and are opposite each other, and including a dielectric layer and an inner electrode that is arranged so as to be alternately exposed from the third and fourth surfaces while nipping the dielectric layer; an external electrode having a connection part which is formed on each of the third and fourth surfaces of the main body, a band part extended and formed from the connection part to the first, second, fifth, and sixth surfaces of the main body, and a corner part formed by contacting the connection part with the band part. When the thickness of the external electrode is 50 nm to 2 μm, and the thickness of the connection part is t1, the thickness of the band part is t2, and the thickness of the corner part is t3, t2/t1 satisfies 0.7 to 1.2, and t3/t1 satisfies 0.7 to 1.0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
