Abstract:
To provide a three-level chopper and a control circuit of the chopper, capable of preventing an overheat of a switching element and continuing an operation while equalizing a voltage of two series capacitors.SOLUTION: A control circuit in a DC power supply system, comprises: a balance correction amount generation part 300 that generates a balance correction amount in accordance with a voltage of a capacitor of a three-level chopper of a main circuit; means of turning on/off switching elements Sand Son the basis of the balance correction amount; and a balance correction amount adjustment part 200A that adjusts the balance correction amount in accordance with the voltage of the capacitor and a temperature and a temperature threshold value of the switching elements Sand S.
