Abstract:
To provide a blade body of a simple structure facilitating oil coating, a label issuing device, and an oil coating method for the blade body.SOLUTION: One blade body (a fixed blade 42) comprised in cutting means for cutting a label sheet whose one side is an adhesive layer, using shearing action of a pair of blade bodies, includes an oil retaining body 48 that is provided on a surface (a slide contact face 42b) slidably contacting the other blade body (a movable blade 41), and coats the other blade body (the movable blade 41) with oil 80 to prevent an adhesive agent of the label sheet from adhering to it. The oil retaining body 48 has a fibrous part 48a formed by electrostatically flocking short fibers. When the other blade body (the movable blade 41) slidably contacts the slide contact face 42b of the one blade body (the fixed blade 42), the oil retaining body 48 coats the other blade body (the movable blade 41) with oil 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
