Abstract:
To provide a polymerizable monomer compound having a polysiloxane structure which gives a polymer having sufficient mutual solubility, and hydrolysis resistance while having high oxygen permeability favorable for a device for ophthalmology, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A compound is represented by formula (1). M is a radical-polymerizable group; L is an OH-substituted or unsubstituted C2-20 bivalent hydrocarbon group which may contain one bond or more selected from an ether bond, and a urethane bond; Ris a C1-10 alkyl group; R-Rare each independently a C1-4 alkyl group; R, and Rare methyl groups; p is an integer of 1-100; q is an integer of 0-99; and p+q≤100.SELECTED DRAWING: None
