Abstract:
To provide a polymerizable monomer compound having a polysiloxane structure which gives a polymer having sufficient mutual solubility, and hydrolysis resistance while having high oxygen permeability favorable for a device for ophthalmology, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A compound is represented by formula (1). M is a radical-polymerizable group; L is a C2-20 bivalent hydrocarbon group which may contain one bond or more selected from an ether bond, and a urethane bond; Ris each independently an alkoxyalkyl group, or a N-pyrolidonylalkyl group in which a part of hydrogen atoms bonded to carbon atoms may be substituted by hydroxyl groups; R, and Rare each independently a C1-6 alkyl group; Ris a methyl group; and x is an integer of 1-3.SELECTED DRAWING: None
