To provide a mechanism and a communication control method for realizing release of UP resources associated with a PDU session and releasing of the UP resources while maintaining PDU session establishment for a specific PDU session.SOLUTION: The terminal device and the device in a core network realize a service request procedure for reestablishing a released UP resource.
