To provide a backlight unit which can keep alignment accurately, a display device including the backlight unit, and a manufacturing method for the backlight unit.SOLUTION: A backlight unit includes a light guide plate, a housing arranged at one side of the light guide plate and accommodating a wavelength conversion member, and a flexible glass film covering one side of the housing.
