Abstract:
To provide a focal plane shutter which appropriately operates even if it is left at a set position for a long time, and suppresses a noise generating in setting.SOLUTION: A focal plane shutter includes a bottom board having an opening, a vane which operates to open and close the opening, an arm connected to the vane, a movable member 13 connected to the arm and providing driving force via the arm to the vane, a set lever 16 rotatably supported around a rotation shaft 15 in a predetermined region so as to push the movable member to move the movable member to a predetermined position before running, a set energization member arranged on the rotation shaft and providing energization force to the set lever over when the set lever moves from a set completion position to a stand-by position, a buffer lever 18 which comes into contact with the set lever at an operation terminal end position in the moving of the set lever from the set completion position to the stand-by position and is displaceably arranged, and a buffer energization member 19 energizing the buffer lever toward the set lever.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
