Abstract:
To provide an electro-optical device that can prevent incidence of light from a substrate body of an element substrate to a semiconductor layer of a pixel transistor, while inhibiting the electrical influence from scan lines to the pixel transistor, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: In an element substrate 10 of an electro-optical device, a light-blocking shield wire 2a applied with a constant potential is provided between a scan line 3a and a semiconductor layer 1a of a pixel transistor 30, and the constant potential is applied to the shield wire 2a. Thus, even if the shield wire 2a and scan line 3a are brought into proximity with the semiconductor layer 1a, the pixel transistor 30 is not easily electrically affected, and thereby light to be incident on the semiconductor layer 1a from a first substrate 19 of the element substrate 10 can be effectively blocked.
