Abstract:
To provide an imaging method that optimizes a direction of light radiated to an imaging object to improve a detection ratio, and to provide a robot system.SOLUTION: An imaging method uses: a first imaging part; a first movable part of a robot; and an illumination part fixed to the first movable part. The imaging method includes: an irradiation step where the illumination part irradiates an imaging object with light; an irradiation condition changing step of changing an angle of light with which the illumination part irradiates the imaging object by moving the first movable part; and an imaging step where the first imaging part images the imaging object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
