Abstract:
To provide a phenol resin foam with low brittleness using a fluorine-containing halogenated unsaturated hydrocarbon as a foaming agent.SOLUTION: A phenol resin foam contains a phenol resin and two or more foaming agents, where the foaming agent contains fluorine-containing halogenated unsaturated hydrocarbon, a fluorine amount (X) in a bubble wall is 5,000 mg/kg or less, a content (Y) of the fluorine-containing halogenated unsaturated hydrocarbon in the bubble is 20 mass% or more based on the total mass of the foaming agent in the bubble, a ratio of (X) to (Y) represented by (X)/(Y) is 50 or less, a density is 25 kg/mor more and 50 kg/mor less, an isolated cell ratio is 80% or more and 99% or less, a heat conductivity is 0.0195 W/m K or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
