Abstract:
To provide an inductor that realizes miniaturization while securing the electrical insulation of a coil and a core.SOLUTION: An inductor 1 includes a core 2 and an annular coil 4 wound around a core portion 2a of the core 2 via a bobbin 3. The core 2 is constituted by a heart core 11 and an outer peripheral core 12. The heart core 11 includes an overhanging portion 11a that projects to the outer diameter side from a portion projecting in the central axial direction more than the bobbin 3. The inward facing surface in the central axis direction of the overhanging portion 11a contacts the outward facing surface in the central axial direction of a flange portion 3b of the bobbin 3. Therefore, a collar 2b of the outer peripheral core 12 and the flange portion 3b of the bobbin 3 face each other via a predetermined gap, and the bobbin 3 is positioned in the central axis direction with respect to the outer peripheral core 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
