Abstract:
To provide a vehicle driving support device capable of lowering a possibility that a determination on whether a steering tracking target driver's vehicle deviates from a travel lane decreases in precision.SOLUTION: A driving support ECU comprises a Kalman filter 10a. The driving support ECU is configured to input to the Kalman filter (10a) a first distance (DL1) and a first yaw angle (θ1) as observation values, a first standard deviation (σ1) as process noise, and a second standard deviation (σ2) and a third standard deviation (σ3) as observation noise, and to output from the Kalman filter (10a) a first yar angle variation rate (θ1'), an estimated first distance (DL1f), and an estimated first yaw angle (θ1f) as output values.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
