Abstract:
To provide an image formation device that can appropriately regulate an engagement state of a device body and a cartridge in the image formation device with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An image formation device includes: a cartridge attachable/detachable to/from a device body; an engagement section for positioning the device body and cartridge by engaging with the cartridge; and regulation means that is supported by a small door which makes the cartridge attachable/detachable by being opened and closed and moves between a regulation position to regulate release of the engagement state of the engagement means and a position to retract from the regulation position by rotational movement of the small door. Thus, the image formation device can appropriately regulate the engagement state with a simple configuration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
