Abstract:
To provide a technique that contributes to down-sizing of a dust collector which is so configured as to be capable of being attached to and detached from a drilling tool.SOLUTION: A dust collector 5 comprises a body part 51, a dust storage part 6, a slide part 7, a dust transfer passage 80, and a tool connection part 87. The body part 51 can be attached to and detached form an underside of a body part 10 of a hammer drill 1. The dust storage part 6 has a first opening 671 as an input port, a filter 60, a storage space 610, and a second opening 672 as an output port. The slide part 7 is so held on the body part 51 as to be slidable in a cross direction in an internal space 52. The dust transfer passage 80 extends in the slide part 7, and connects a suction port 712 and the first opening 671 to each other. The tool connection part 87 is disposed in the internal space 52, and connects the second opening 672 and a first air intake port 111 of the hammer drill 1 in the case that the dust collector 5 is mounted to the hammer drill 1.
