Abstract:
To provide a reclaimer which can keep a state where a bulk material is left in a hopper, can keep a delivery amount of the bulk material constant, and has a simple structure.SOLUTION: A reclaimer calculates an integrated supply weight of a bulk material supplied to a hopper on the basis of the measured weight value measured by a weighing scale of a boom, and an integrated discharge weight of the bulk material discharged from the hopper on the basis of the measured weight value measured by a weighing scale of a feeder, and then estimates a storage amount of the bulk material stored in the hopper on the basis of the calculated integrated supply weight and the calculated integrated discharge weight. When the estimated storage amount exceeds a preset upper limit value, the dispensing of the bulk material by a bucket wheel is stopped. And, when the estimated storage amount falls below a preset lower limit value after stopping of the dispensing of the bulk material by the bucket wheel, the dispensing of the bulk material by the bucket wheel is resumed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
