Abstract:

To provide a fuel cell system for vehicle capable of preventing output drop of fuel cell, by restraining lack of water to be sprayed to a cooler for cooling fuel cell.SOLUTION: In a fuel cell system 1 for vehicle, water is sprayed from a spray nozzle 37 to a radiator 21 and cooling performance of the radiator 21 is improved before a fuel cell 10 is cooled, thus controlling the output of the fuel cell 10. A prediction calorific value specification part 40a specifies prediction calorific value H during travel period to a destination, by using external information from a navigation device 50. A required water volume specification part 40b specifies spray required water volume Qr during travel period, by using the external information. A sprayable water volume specification part 40c specifies the sprayable water volume Qs during travel period, by using a reservoir quantity sensor 42, and the like. When the spray required water volume Qr is larger than the sprayable water volume Qs, a water conservation spray mode is set, and water is sprayed to the radiator 21 with a conservation spray amount Wc determined in a spray amount adjustment section 40d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
