Abstract:
To provide an actuator enabling achievement of desired movement which can suppress occurrence of a speckle in an optical device with a simple and compact configuration, and the optical device and a projector having the actuator.SOLUTION: Movement in which a movable part 10 does not stop even for a moment is achieved by a simple configuration composed of a beam structure part 20 having two beam parts 11a and 12a and the like extending in directions different from each other and one drive part 30. Further, a reduction in size of a device is achieved in comparison with the case where the device is configured such that a motor for rotationally driving is disposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
