Abstract:
To allow for suppression of increase in the area of a dead zone of a semiconductor layer while suppressing a change in sensitivity of a pixel even when a focus is moved relative to a radiation detector.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging apparatus is provided that comprises: a radiation source; a radiation detector detecting radiation radiated from the focal point of the radiation source; and a collimator disposed between the radiation source and the radiation detector. The collimator has a base portion; and a stem portion disposed on a side of the radiation source rather than the base portion, and having a width smaller than the width of the base portion. The base portion is disposed at a boundary of pixels of the radiation detector, and the stem portion is disposed at a position shifted from the boundary in a first direction in which the focal point moves relative to the radiation detector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
