Abstract:
To provide a bean roaster and auxiliary equipment for roasting beans, capable of maintaining a roasted quality by determining accurately a bean roasting stage.SOLUTION: There are provided auxiliary equipment for roasting beans and a bean roaster. A sound is detected in a chamber of a bean roasting apparatus through a microphone, and an audio signal is generated, and a bean roasting procedure is controlled by determining that an energy value of the audio signal at some point of time exceeds a threshold based on an observation time window.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
