Abstract:
To provide a molding method of a wrapped food capable of forming an opening on a surface of the wrapped food effectively and stably, and a cutting device used for the method.SOLUTION: A molding method of a wrapped food P is provided that in a state where an inner material F is disposed on a flat covering material D, a circumference part DE of the covering material D is collected and sealed so as to enclose the inner material F by actuating a shutter 47 consisting of a plurality of shutter pieces 44. The method includes the steps of: placing the covering material D on a placement device 81; forming a slit S on the covering material D with a cutting blade 83; and molding the wrapped food P with the inner material F wrapped by the covering material D with the slit S formed and forming an opening M acquired by opening the slit S on an outer peripheral surface of the wrapped food P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
