Abstract:
To provide a heat exchanger improved in heat exchange efficiency by stabilizing a lamination interval of plate fins, and a refrigeration system using the same.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger is constituted by laminating plate fins 2a each having a flow passage, a protrusion 12 for restricting a lamination interval of plate fins is provided at the plate fin 2a, and an apex of the protrusion 12 is abutted on a flat surface 20 of the other adjacent plate fin 2a. Thereby, the protrusion 12 restricts the plate fin lamination interval by surely being abutted on the flat surface 20 on the mating side even when the position is deviated a little, and the lamination interval of the plate fins can be stabilized as substantially constant. Also, even in the case where brazing is performed by utilizing the protrusion, the protrusion can surely be bonded to the other plate fin. Thus, there is no case of joint failure which may happen in the case of butt-joining of the protrusions with each other, and unevenness in strength can also be solved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
