Abstract:
To provide a socket for a tool which enables attachment and detachment between an inner socket and an outer socket, and which is so devised as not to be easily detached.SOLUTION: A socket 100 for a tool comprises a socket body 10, and an interior socket 20. The socket body 10 has: a hollow part which accommodates a spring 50, and can accommodate the interior socket 20 so as to be capable of reciprocating against the spring 50 or by use of the spring 50; an annular outer peripheral groove 15 to which a substantially C-shaped rotary component 60 is rotatably fitted; at least one open hole 16 which is formed from a bottom of the outer peripheral groove 15 toward the hollow part; and an outer socket 11. Further, the interior socket 20 has a lock part 26 of an interior socket outer periphery, and an inner socket 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
