Abstract:
To provide a mobile duct manufacturing factory for manufacturing ducts at a construction site, in which a set of devices for manufacturing ducts are loaded in containers and the containers are pulled to a target construction site with the use of a trailer.SOLUTION: A mobile duct manufacturing factory enables manufacturing at a destination site. The factory is moved to a target construction side with the use of a trailer, and two containers C1, C2 are arranged at the destination site such that the back sides of the containers face to each other. Selected coils D1 are cut and machined from an iron plate supply device M0 by using an automatic fixed-size cutter M1 and a plasma cutter M2. Cut iron plates are molded and assembled by a folding machine M4, a curving machine M5, and a flange molding machine M6. At the time of shortage of coils, a detachable ceiling is opened by a mobile rafter crane R and coils are placed into the iron plate supply device M0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
